Success = Life Change, New Believers born, New Groups formed.
A successful Life group is not measured in the number of people who show up, but in lives changed, new believers born, and new life groups being formed and launched from your group.
How Does This Happen?
- Pray and Spend time alone with God praying for your group.
When you do these thing you have a 80% chance of multiplication.
- Set Goals for group growth, outreach, and multiplication.
- Follow up with visitors.
- Spend more time Preparing for the group meeting.
- Use the 3 C’s CALL, CALL, CALL members in your group.
- Fellowship is KEY.
- Open your Home to others, Sit Together at weekend services, or invite to run Errands with.
- Model Transparency by sharing your own needs.
- End meetings On TIME to allow for Fun and Food Together (or make these separate events).
- Assign Accountability partners (encourage the people in your group to pray for and call others in the group)
- Plan outreach events that get your group out of the house and into serving others side by side.
